ALCATEL: IDOL 4 VR EXPERIENCE

For an impressive span of 27 years, The Clothes Show Live held its position as a pinnacle of experiential fashion events with wide-ranging appeal. Originating from the popular television show of the same name, The Clothes Show Live transformed into a prominent annual gathering that celebrated fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends.

For nearly half a decade, JAM Creative stood as the exclusive provider of an extensive array of marketing materials for The Clothes Show brand. This comprehensive range of services covered live event coverage, television advertisements, social media campaigns, photography, graphic design, and the curation of a dynamic YouTube channel that consistently delivered fresh content.

When Alcatel, renowned telecom giants and headline sponsorship partners, launched their Idol 4 Series smartphone boasting a VR headset and VR capabilities, they sought the expertise of JAM Creative. The task was to craft a behind-the-scenes film tailored to play on the VR headsets during the activation at the event. Over the course of several weeks leading up to the show's opening, JAM strategically placed 360-degree filming cameras. Then, specialised post-production software was employed to knit the footage together providing visitors with the immersive experience of witnessing the annual event's unfolding in real time.

While the event took place in early December, JAM's involvement extended well beyond the event itself.

They crafted additional films to support the UK rollout, working closely with marketing, sales, social media, and executive teams to maximise the event's reach and impact.

Much of this content was centred around the Alcatel Fashion Theatre, a mesmerising blend of fashion, dance, theatre, movement, and musical performances that drew large audiences. JAM orchestrated a skilled team of camera operators, photographers, drone pilots, and multi-camera directors to capture the dynamic essence of this spectacle. The captured footage was meticulously edited into a comprehensive package, allowing Alcatel to leverage it across their social media channels to maintain engagement with their target audience.
